An ice cream cake that tastes great, without the eggs(good for your cholesterol!) ;)
1 box graham crackers
1 (10 oz) whip
1 box vanilla pudding
¾ cup coffee creamer
1 box chocolate pudding
1 pkg duplex cookies
Line 9x13 with graham crackers
Whip together the whip topping and vanilla pudding.
Slowly add the coffee creamer. Mix slowly until blended.
spread mixture over the crackers.
Break the duplex cookies and sprinkle half over the ice cream.
Repeat the ice cream, substituting chocolate pudding for vanilla.
Spread over the cookies and top with the remaining crumbs.
