INGREDIENTS













  • 8 slices salmon fillet










  • 1 purple onion (sliced)










  • 1 cup ketchup










  • 1 cup brown sugar










  • 1 cup duck sauce










  • 4 Tbsp vinegar










  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice










  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place salmon pieces inside and let simmer for 15 minutes. Spill out water. When cool, transfer salmon to container.



  2. Add rest of ingredients to the pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.



  3. Pour over fish and refrigerate. (Best if it sits for a day or two.)
