INGREDIENTS













  • 2 Tbsp oil










  • 1 medium onion, diced










  • 1 package egg roll wraps










  • 1 (10-12 oz) package shredded white cabbage










  • 5 slices pastrami










  1. fry onion in oil until golden brown




  2. Add cabbage let sauté until a little see through but still crispy.



  3. Dice the pastrami and add it to the mixture give a quick mix on the flame.



  4. Place one wrap diagonally pointing towards yourself, apply a generous amount of the mixture. Fold over the corner to the center covering the mixture than take the two sides and fold them together and roll once more put a little water to the last corner of the wrapper and close it up so it should sti

  6. Deep fry until golden brown.

This recipe came out very yummy tasting, but not that pretty in appearance.
(And yes, this recipe can be frozen, and then fried fresh, we did that.)
