
This is a great twist on the typical deli salad. Marinating the cold cuts is the trick to this delicious salad. Feel free to skip the Ramen noodles and just toast the sesame seeds and almonds in the oven for a few minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1 purple onion sliced
5 slices smoked turkey breast
3 Tbsp vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
6 Tbsp oil
1 package Ramen noodles
¼ cup seame seeds
½ cup slivered almonds
1 oil
1 bag of romaine lettuce
1 box grape tomatoes
Slice the turkey breast thinly and mix with the sliced purple onions.
Combine the vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and oil for the marinade. Marinate the cold cuts and purple onions for a few hours or overnight.
Saute the Ramen noodles, sesame seeds, and slivered almonds in oil.
Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, marinated cold cuts and onions and toss well. Top with the noodles, almonds,and sesame seeds.
