I serve this Friday night as an alternative to traditional marinated salmon. You could serve this for supper too.
5 Tbsp Mayonaise
2 Tbsp Mustard
1½ Tbsp Honey
1 Handful slivered almonds
4 Slices Salmon Fillets
Mix mayonaise, mustard and honey. Pour over fish.
Sprinkle with slithered almonds. Bake 350 for 20 mins.
