INGREDIENTS













  • 1 onion, diced










  • 6 frankfurters, sliced










  • 5 medium potatoes, cubed










  • 1½ tsp salt










  • 1 tsp paprika










  1. Sauté onions in oil until transparent. Add frankfurters, brown for 3 minutes. Add potatoes and seasoning. Add water to cover. Cook over medium heat for 30-45 minutes.

my recipe called for tomato sauce! my dh loved this one! just added red pepper flakes, garlic powder and a touch of ketchup for extra spice! thank you!
