A basic, always delicious lasagna recipe. You can add any vegetables you like to it.
500 gram Mushrooms
2 Tomatoes diced
1 (15 oz) can Rokeach Tomato sauce
500 gram 5% White Cheese
2 Eggs (beaten with a fork)
200 gram Grated Cheese
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Oregano.
200 gram Lasagna sheets
Sautee onions and mushrooms. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and any other vegetables you like. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer 15 mins.
In separate pot on a low flame heat the white cheese, add the eggs, salt and pepper. Mix for 5 mins.
Layer in silver foil container tomato sauce, lasagna sheets, white cheese, then grated cheese, then again sauce, sheets, white and grated.
Bake for 40 mins. You can freeze it before you bake it.
