
The cake made in a bundt pan with lots of apples, and cinnamon with a hint of orange juice. It is so moist and delicious, it sure does not last long. It is not overly sweet, but the cinnamon sure entices you to want more. Warm or cool with ice cream is the way to go.

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 (¾ cup) sugar
1 cup oil
2 (¾ cup) flour
3 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ cup orange juice
4 apples (cut in eights)
5 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Beat eggs & gradully add sugar & oil,
Then pour in orange juice.
Sift flour & baking powder & salt
Add to egg mixture; beat until smooth
Peel & core apples into 1/8 sections,
Pour sugar & cinnamon over apples until apples are coated.
Grease bundt pan, then pour in a layer of batter & then a layer of apple mixture.
Alternate until pan is full.
Bake @ 350F degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool & turn out on a fancy plate.
