Heavenly and easy dessert that takes minutes to make!! Don't leave out the peanut butter- it gives it that extra flavor. Pop the peanut butter in the microwave to melt it. For a fancier look you can skip the pie crust and just scoop the filling into individual glass cups.
1pie or 6 individual cups
1 graham cracker pie
2 (8 oz) whips
1 cup coffee creamer
2 instant chocolate puddings
1 Tbsp peanut butter melted
- crushed viennese crunch/chocolate shavings
Place both puddings in large bowl and add 1 cup coffe creamer and one 8 oz. whip.
Working quickly (so that the pudding doesn't harden) mix them all until the pudding is fully dissolved. Then mix in melted peanut butter.
Pour into pie shell.
Whip up the remaining whip and cover the pie.
Decorate with vienesse crunch or chocolate shavings.
