Heavenly and easy dessert that takes minutes to make!! Don't leave out the peanut butter- it gives it that extra flavor. Pop the peanut butter in the microwave to melt it. For a fancier look you can skip the pie crust and just scoop the filling into individual glass cups.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 graham cracker pie

  • 2 (8 oz) whips

  • 1 cup coffee creamer

  • - crushed viennese crunch/chocolate shavings

  1. Place both puddings in large bowl and add 1 cup coffe creamer and one 8 oz. whip.

  5. Decorate with vienesse crunch or chocolate shavings.

  6. Refrigerate.

oh is this gooood! Even better if making your own crust - see photo I added (crushed 1 pk chocochip cookies & 3/4 stk marg, bake 15 minutes, cool before filling). Quick, easy & so yummy !! Family loved it. #1 in my dessert section. Also added 1/2 pk vanilla instant pudding to the topping on top. Best if kept in freezer. Cuts easily
