INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (8 oz) non dairy whip topping










  • 4 eggs










  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar










  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar










  • 2 Tbsp corn syrup










  • 6 oz chocolate chips










  • 6½ Tbsp peanut butter










  • 1½ cup cornflake crumbs










  1. Beat the whip very well. Add the eggs, 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, vanilla and corn syrup.



  2. Melt the chocolate chips, mix with the peanut butter. And the mix with cornflake crumbs. Freeze the mixture until it hardens. Take it out and break it up into pieces.



  3. Mix with the ice cream. Freeze.
