INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Carrots

  • 3 med-small Zucchini

  • 3 Potatoes

  • 2 Onions

  • ¾ cup Peas (frozen or fresh)

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp (heaping) Chicken Soup Mix (pareve or meat)

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • ⅓ tsp Pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (or Oregano)

  • - Oil

  1. Chop all the vegetables into nice spoon size pieces (not bigger that 3/4 inch).

  2. Sauté the onion until translucent in oil, use a big pot because this is a lot of vegetables.

  3. Add the rest of the vegetables and let it sit with oil, stirring occasionally. After about 10-15 minutes fill the pot with water and bring to a boil.

  4. Add the salt, pepper, chicken soup mix (pareve or meat), and italian seasoning. Once the soup came to a boil, lower the flame and let it cook for an hour.
