Very naughty - but what can I say? The warmth and smooth texture of this chocolate dessert will make you feel fantastic. Every once in a while it can't hurt! Its so simple to make. I use the disposable paper cake ramekins. They can be made for Passover too, just substitute the flour with potato starch. Recipe from Fresh & Easy.
4 oz Bitter Sweet Chocolate
½ cup Oil
1 cup Sugar
6 Tbsp Flour. For passover substitute with potato starch
- Cocoa powder and Icing sugar to dust
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease well 7 individual ramekins, and dust with cocoa powder. This is not necessary for the disposable ramekin cases which you serve from directly.
Melt chocolate with oil. Stir in sugar with a fork.
Add eggs and yolks. Add flour
Bake 12 min. Remove, turn out onto serving plates, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately. Dont overbake, the inside should still be runny.
