an easy recipe to put together at the last minute
3 cut up chickens
3 whole garlics
½ cup white wine
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp tones rosemary garlic
slice the lemons thin and place in a bowl.
seperate the garlic cloves do not peel and mix with the lemons in the bowl. mix in 1 TBS of olive oil
place the chicken into 2 pans place the lemons and garlic around and sprinkle the rosemary garlic spice over the chicken ,lemon and garlic. sprinkle the rest of the olive oil over the top and pour around the edges of the pan the white wine
do not cover, bake at 425 for a 1/2 hour then turn down the oven to 375 for about 1 hour ,watch so the lemons dont burn.
