INGREDIENTS













  • 12 oz bow tie pasta










  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped










  • ½ cup olive oil










  • 2 cup plum tomatoes, chopped










  • 1½ cup heavy cream










  • 2 cup fresh basil, packed










  • ½ tsp salt










  • ⅛ tsp black pepper










  • ¼ cup toasted slivered almonds










  1. Cook pasta and drain.



  2. Saute garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and basil. Let cook for a few minutes. (You can use the dried basil according to taste.)



  3. Add nuts and toss with cooked pasta. Serve warm or at room temperature.

I made this for my Chanuka party and it was a big hit! Everyone loved it and there were no leftovers Very easy to prepare. Great recipe!
