Just what you need with your coffee. Its important not to over bake these, they should stay fudgy inside.
½ cup Oil
2 cup Sugar
2 cup Flour
1 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Baking Powder
- Confectioners Sugar
Preheat oven to 350°. Line 2 cookie sheets.
Mix oil, sugar, flour, cocoa, eggs, vanilla and baking powder.
Refrigerate dough for 2 hours or place in freezer for 30 min if in rush.
Roll into 18 balls and then roll into the confectionary sugar.
Bake about 11 mins. It should still look softish inside.
