with this recipe i finaly hit the jackpot was looking for a recipe for years till i found this one its real delicous it calls for 2 handfulls of sugar i basicly use a heaping cup (i skipped the wite peper since i didnt have and was still delicous. a real seller thanks!

That's exactly how I make my gefilte fish. I use a gefilte roll that is 22 oz. and use about 1/3- 1/2 cup sugar. Don't forget to refrigerate the roll with some of the water that it cooked it or the roll will dry out.
