I got this recipe from a friend, tweaked it & it's now a favorite! Easy to prepare in advance & just stick in the oven 45 min before I need it... Great for busy days!
½ lb Spaghetti, cooked
½ lb Chicken Cutlets, diced small
1 Onion, diced
1 (8 oz) Can Water Chestnuts
1 (4 oz) Can Mushroom
½ (15 oz) Can Bamboo Shoots
¼ tsp Pepper
1½ tsp Garlic
¾ tsp Salt
¼ cup Oil
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
Saute the chicken in a greased saucepan until fully cooked.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a 9x13 pan.
Combine last 5 ingredients. Mix well & pour over spaghetti/chicken mixture.
Bake, covered, at 350 for 45 minutes. Enjoy!!
