INGREDIENTS

2 cup Sugar

4 Eggs

⅔ cup Oil

1 cup Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

⅔ cup Cocoa

1 pinch Salt

Mix all ingredients with a hand whisk or fork.

Pour into 9 × 13" silver foil pan.

Bake 350° for 45 min.

Cut into bars and sprinkle with confectionary sugar.

This was the easiest and fastest cake I can ever remember making. Everything went in one bowl- mixed by hand- poured into pan and baked it! Great quick and easy recipe.

I was happily surprised at how good they tasted. I've tried a lot of recipes before and none were as good as the mix. This is as easy as the mix and they are delicious. I hope they last until until Shabbos.

I was just going to post this recipe, when I found that it was posted already. This is the easiest and most delicious cake ever. My 8 year old can practically make it herself. My favorite cake to make in a rush.
