
This Chumus is a real hit. I cut it out from a weekly magazine but can't remember which one.

INGREDIENTS
1 (15.5 oz) chickepeas
1 (15 oz) cannellini beans (white kidney beans)
3 cloves garlic
½ cup thaini paste
2 lemon, juiced
1½ Tbsp soy sauce
1½ tsp fine sea salt
1½ tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper
⅛ tsp white pepper
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup water
Place everything together in a blender.
Blend until creamy.
To garnish it - I like to dice a onion, tiny and saute it it with oil, some paprika and cayenne pepper. Garnish on top of the chummus.
