Easy and delicious can be made into milky or pareve and can be served on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 pie cust










  • 330 gram bittersweet chocolate










  • 1⅓ cup soya milk/ or cows milk










  • 1⅓ cup whip










  • ½ egg (mix egg then poour in half)










  1. Melt chocolate in a small pot. Leave to cool



  2. In seperate pot warm the whip and add to melted chocolate. leave for a few minutes then mix. Leave for 10 minutes then add half egg and mix using a hand blender. Add mixture to pie crust.



  3. Bake on 150C for 20 minutes. Garnish with icing sugar serve it with vanilla ice cream and a few seeds of pomegranate.
