Easy and delicious can be made into milky or pareve and can be served on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
1 pie cust
330 gram bittersweet chocolate
1⅓ cup soya milk/ or cows milk
1⅓ cup whip
½ egg (mix egg then poour in half)
Melt chocolate in a small pot. Leave to cool
In seperate pot warm the whip and add to melted chocolate. leave for a few minutes then mix. Leave for 10 minutes then add half egg and mix using a hand blender. Add mixture to pie crust.
Bake on 150C for 20 minutes. Garnish with icing sugar serve it with vanilla ice cream and a few seeds of pomegranate.
