Need a way to jazz up potatoes?
Originally from the Silver Spoon Cookbook- Kosher cooking for the discerning palate.
8 medium potatoes
4 medium sweet potatoes
6 cloves garlic, peeled and left whole
1 Tbsp chopped dried parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp mustard
⅓ cup olive oil
Peel the onions and potatoes.
Slice the potatoes in half. Cut each half into 5 5 pieces lengthwise. Cut the onion into quarters.
Place everything in a large bowl and mix with the spices, mustard and oil.
Transfer to a baking pan.
Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
