Need a way to jazz up potatoes?

INGREDIENTS













  • 8 medium potatoes










  • 4 medium sweet potatoes










  • 2 onions










  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and left whole










  • 1 Tbsp chopped dried parsley










  • - salt and pepper, to taste










  • 2 Tbsp mustard










  • ⅓ cup olive oil










  1. Peel the onions and potatoes.



  2. Slice the potatoes in half. Cut each half into 5 5 pieces lengthwise. Cut the onion into quarters.



  3. Place everything in a large bowl and mix with the spices, mustard and oil.



  4. Transfer to a baking pan.



  5. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
