INGREDIENTS













  • 1 ripe avocado










  • ½ fresh lemon










  • 1 sprinkle of kosher salt, to taste










  • ½ Tbsp mayo, if needed










  1. mash the avocado well with a fork



  2. juice the lemon & add to avocado (You can use lemon juice, but for the most authentic taste, fresh lemon is the way to go)



  3. Sprinkle salt, add mayo (if the consistency is not perfectly smooth & creamy) and mix well.



  4. Serve immediately (to prevent browning) and enjoy!!
