Originally from the Silver Spoon Cookbook- Kosher cooking for the discerning palate. A great salad with a wonderful honey mustard dressing.

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 heads of lettuce, cut into bite size pieces










  • 2 Granny smith apples










  • ½ cup craisins










  • 1 cup glazed pecans










  • - Dressing:










  • 2 Tbsp honey










  • 2 Tbsp mustard










  • 2 Tbsp vinegar










  • ⅓ cup oil










  • - salt and pepper, to taste










  1. Cut the apples with leaving the peel on.



  2. Combine the dressing ingredients and toss with lettuce, apples, craisins and pecans.
