Originally from the Silver Spoon Cookbook- Kosher cooking for the discerning palate. A great salad with a wonderful honey mustard dressing.
2 heads of lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
2 Granny smith apples
½ cup craisins
1 cup glazed pecans
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp vinegar
⅓ cup oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Cut the apples with leaving the peel on.
Combine the dressing ingredients and toss with lettuce, apples, craisins and pecans.
