This Tilapia has a extra tasty breaded coating. I don't like any fish at all but I love this recipe. You can freeze the fillet of breaded fish before frying and then pop it out of the freezer whenever you want to fry it.

INGREDIENTS
6 Small Fillet Tilapia
½ cup Flour (for dusting)
½ tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
⅓ cup Milk
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Mustard
- pinch Paprika
- pinch Pepper
- pinch Salt
- pinch Garlic
1 cup Panko or Breadcrumbs
¼ cup Cornmeal (optional)
- Oil to Fry
½ tsp Italian Seasoning (or oregano)
Mix the flour and baking powder together and put in a pan with sides
Beat the eggs together with the milk, lemon juice, mustard. Spice it with paprika, salt, pepper and garlic. Set in a pan adjacent to the flour.
Mix the panko, or breadcrumbs, with the cornmeal and spice it with Italian seasoning. It is ok if you leave out the cornmeal. Set in a pan adjacent to the eggs
Dust the slices of tilapia into the flour then into the egg (make sure that it is completely covered) and then bread it well, do the same with all the fish.
At this point you can freeze the tilapia to fry at your connivence. Heat up the oil hot and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes.
