2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ketchup
Warm the oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic.
Add tomatoes and sauté for 10 minutes until liquids reduce.
Add the paprika, salt and ketchup.
Add two whole eggs. With tea spoon mix in the whites until they turn white. Cover the pan for two minutes and it's done!
