Know those cookies that you can't stop eating? This is one of those. Moist, flavorful and full of chocolate.
70 small, 40 large or 20 extra large
1 lb dark brown sugar (1 box)
6 cup flour
2 Tbsp vanilla sugar
1½ cup sugar
1½ tsp salt
1 lb sticks of margarine
1½ tsp baking soda
20 oz chocolate chips
3 cup old fashioned oats (optional)
Beat the eggs well in a mixer for 4 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
You can add chunks of baking chocolate instead of the chocolate chip and the oats are optional.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop 6 balls and place them on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
For smaller balls bake 11-12 minutes. For extra jumbo cookies bake for 30-35 minutes.
