I always thought I had the BEST marble cake recipe ever until I tasted my aunts delicious fresh Marble Cake. Got you the recipe! This recipe is guaranteed to be a hit and never flops! I make them almost weekly and is my families favorite!!!

INGREDIENTS

10 eggs

3 cup sugar

2 Tbsp vanilla sugar

1½ Tbsp baking powder

1 cup oil

½ cup seltzer

4 cup flour

½ cup hot water

½ cup oil

1 cup confection sugar

2 Tbsp coffee

¾ cup cocoa

Bowl #1: Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder for 15 minutes

Bowl #2: In separate bowl, dilute coffee in hot water-then add cocoa and confection sugar. Once batter is smooth and no lumps add 1/2 cup oil.

Add 1 cup oil, seltzer, and flour to bowl #1. Pour 3/4 batter in 10" x 16" baking pan and mix well other 1/4 in bowl #2.

Spoon dark mixture (bowl #2) into baking pan mixing to result a marble effect.

Bake on 350 for 70 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

I also tried this in a bundt pan (I used only 3/4 the ingredients) and it came out HIGH and delicious ! Drizzle the top with a little chocolate glaze to run down the sides. See picture I added. Delicious cake to bring for your shabbos hostess.

I ALSO thought I had the best marble cake, until this morning! Yes, it's Delicious!! Heaven(ly) on earth !! I love the size you get from this too, great for a kiddush crowd or yartzeit seuda where you need alot of cutup cake. This is a new winner for me ! I also added a picture. Will try it in a bundt pan & let you know how that went.

As delicious as described!! Easy to follow instructions and tastes great and soft. I mixed bowl one in the Bosch mixer, and bowl 2 I mixed by hand with a fork and then added it to the quarter of mixture left in bowl 1. Thank for recipe.
