INGREDIENTS













  • 4 egg yolks










  • 1½ cup sugar










  • 3 tsp coffee










  • 1¼ cup water










  • 1 tsp vanilla extract










  • 1 rich whip










  • ½ cup 95% alcohol










  1. blend the yolks, sugar, coffee, water and vanilla for 5 minutes



  2. add richwhip and blend for 10 more minutes



  3. add 1/2 cup alcohol and mix
