This was soo good, I shared the recipe already with friends and family and got great reviews. The only thing is, my potatoes were not cooked after 45 minutes. Second batch I did 400 covered for 1/2 hour and uncovered for another 30-45 minutes.

Tastes Great!

My kids make this all the time. When they are real lazy, they simply use a bag of frozen fries add the oil and onion soup mix and bake in oven. This needs much less baking time-usually about 15-20 minutes. The made up this recipe a couple of years ago-since they love the taste of onion soup mix and who doesn't like potatoes or fries. This is their go to food for brunch-believe it or not-when the boys come home from yeshiva for their vacation!
