INGREDIENTS













  • 2 (16 oz) can pineapple chunks with juice










  • 4 large mango, cubed










  • 4 cup orange juice










  • 2 cup sweet wine










  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice










  • ½-⅔ cup sugar










  • 3 whole cloves










  • 1 cinnamon stick










  1. Puree the pineapple chunks with the orange juice.



  2. Combine the pureed pineapple with remaining ingredients in a pot.



  3. Bring to a boil, lower flame and let simmer for 10 minutes.



  4. Serve chilled.
