2 (16 oz) can pineapple chunks with juice
4 large mango, cubed
4 cup orange juice
2 cup sweet wine
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
½-⅔ cup sugar
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Puree the pineapple chunks with the orange juice.
Combine the pureed pineapple with remaining ingredients in a pot.
Bring to a boil, lower flame and let simmer for 10 minutes.
