this is a delectable milchig soup that takes a few minutes to make and is ready in 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 Tbsp butter










  • 1 onion










  • 8 cloves garlic










  • 6 potatoes cubed small










  • 1 Tbsp salt










  • 1 tsp black pepper










  • 1 tsp parsley flakes










  • 1 tsp garlic powder










  • 0 water to cover










  1. melt butter, add diced onion and garlic and sautee until browned



  2. add cubed potatoes and sautee for a minute



  3. add water to cover, and spices.



  4. bring to a boil, lower flame to medium, let cook for 15 minutes



  5. with an immersion blender, blend soup, leaving a few cubed potatoes. let cook pureed for another 15-20 minutes
