this is a delectable milchig soup that takes a few minutes to make and is ready in 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
2 Tbsp butter
8 cloves garlic
6 potatoes cubed small
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
0 water to cover
melt butter, add diced onion and garlic and sautee until browned
add cubed potatoes and sautee for a minute
add water to cover, and spices.
bring to a boil, lower flame to medium, let cook for 15 minutes
with an immersion blender, blend soup, leaving a few cubed potatoes. let cook pureed for another 15-20 minutes
