INGREDIENTS
2 cans tuna in oil
4 eggs
1 medium onion
1 small squash
3 slices bread, soaked in water
½ carrot
- matzo meal
combine first 4 ingredients including oil and blend with hand blender. Grate carrot and add to mixture. Add mazto meal to desired consistency. Spice with salt, oregano, black pepper, parsley flakes and minced onion. Fry on both sides and serve hot or at room temperature.
