Soft, moist delicious cake. Got the recipe from my neighbor who got it from someone else....
9x13 inch cake
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
½ cup margarine, softened
¾ cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup sugar
1½ cup flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup margarine
Batter: Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a mixer, cream the margarine and sugar, add egg and juice. Beat until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients. Add the blueberries. The batter won't be very runny.
Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Mix crumb topping together. Sprinkle over top of cake.
Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes, or until it's ready.
