Soft, moist delicious cake. Got the recipe from my neighbor who got it from someone else....

INGREDIENTS













  • - BATTER:










  • 2 cup flour










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • 1 pinch salt










  • ½ cup margarine, softened










  • ¾ cup sugar










  • 1 egg










  • ½ cup orange juice










  • 2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries










  • - CRUMBS:










  • 1 cup sugar










  • 1½ cup flour










  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon










  • ½ cup margarine










  1. Batter: Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.



  2. In a mixer, cream the margarine and sugar, add egg and juice. Beat until smooth.



  3. Add the dry ingredients. Add the blueberries. The batter won't be very runny.



  4. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.



  5. Mix crumb topping together. Sprinkle over top of cake.



  6. Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes, or until it's ready.

Great cake! It comes out really soft and moist. I think it's a great cake to make when breaking a fast!
