The greatest recipe! Easy as pie and delicious too. I send it to any new neighbor or new mother. I always get rave reviews. This is only the brownie recipe. I top it with my chocolate glaze recipe and then throw on chopped nuts. I cut the brownie in neat squares and they look very sharp.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1½ cup oil










  • 3 cup sugar










  • 3 tsp vanilla










  • ¾ tsp baking powder










  • 6 eggs










  • 1½ cup flour










  • 1 cup cocoa










  • ¾ tsp salt










  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.



  2. Divide mixture into 2 9X13 pans.



  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.



  4. Top with glaze. (See my chocolate glaze recipe)

These brownies were as easy and delicious as described. I love the fact that I can mix them by hand. However, I only had to cook them for 40 minutes.
