Mix all ingredients until stiff dough is formed. You may need to add some more water.
Separate dough into eight equal sized balls. Let rest for 10-20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Roll balls of dough into bagel shape (roll into snake and join the edges, pressing down to hold shape together). Let bagel rings rest for 20 minutes.
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a rolling boil. Drop bagels one by one into boiling water. Let boil for one minute, flipping for another minute.
Let dry for one minute and place gently on greased baking tray.
Bake for ten minutes; flip for another ten minutes.
