Couldn't be easier - couldn't be better! Simply melt in your mouth! No mixer! Just slip on a glove and mix!
Usually I do half a recipe - that would be one cookie sheet - no need to wait and put in the next batch and everyone enjoys fresh chocolat chip cookies - but if your a minute late doubt they'll be any left.

INGREDIENTS













  • ⅔ cup oil










  • ⅔ cup sugar










  • ⅔ cup brown sugar










  • 2 eggs










  • 2½ cup flour










  • 1 tsp baking soda










  • 1 tsp salt










  • ¾ cup chocolate chips










  1. Combine all ingredients.



  2. Form into balls.



  3. Bake 10 minutes give or take. It will be soft and melt in your mouth. Each additional minute hardens them - bake to your liking!

Literally took 5 minutes to make. No mixer was the best part. Soft and Chewy.
