INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup flour










  • 1 cup oats










  • ½ cup sugar










  • ½ tsp baking powder










  • ½ tsp baking soda










  • ¼ tsp salt










  • 1 tsp cinnamon










  • ¼ cup apple sauce










  • 2 egg whites










  • 1 tsp vanilla










  • ⅓ cup honey or more sugar










  1. Mix all ingredients well.



  2. The dough can be sticky.



  3. Bake at 350F.
