INGREDIENTS













  • 2 (8 oz) unwhipped cream cheese (gray box)










  • 1 whip










  • ½ cup sugar










  • ⅔ cup confection sugar










  • 2 egg yolks










  • 3 Tbsp milk










  • - round chocolate balls










  • - fruits of your choice










  1. Whip cream cheese, add sugar, confection sugar, yolks and milk and mix well. Add whip and mix one minute longer. (can all be done in a blender)



  2. Layer: cheese mixture, chocolate, cheese mixture and fruits on top
