INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 lb group beef
1 cup bread crumbs, unflavored
1 large onion, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
In a bowl mix eggs, salt, pepper, meat, bread crumbs, onion and garlic
form 8 hamburgers, 3/4 inch thick.
When grilling pour on your favorite sauce. Grill about 6 - 8 minutes per side, or until your prefferred doneness.
