Combine all to form a dough. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Each of the two parts should be divided into 16-18 pieces. Spray muffin tins with oil (if your doing these in disposable tins you dont need cupcake paper, but if you are not using it you should use cupcake holders)
Flatten dough on the bottom and a little up to the sides. Combine apples with cinnamon, place on top of dough, spoon 1 teaspoon custard. Cover with another pieces of dough, and flatten the top. Bake on 350 for 25 minutes or until light golden.
