INGREDIENTS













  • 2 lb fresh tilapia










  • 2 cup flour










  • 1 egg










  • 2 cup corn flake crumbs










  • ½ cup oil










  1. Take 3 bowls and in one bowl put flour, the second bowl egg and the third bowl corn flake crumbs.



  2. Place oil in frying pan and heat up.



  3. Place each piece of tilapia fillet in flour first then egg and then cornflake crumbs.



  4. Place breaded tilapia in frying pan and fry for a few minutes on each side.
