This recipe is a one pan recipe. You get your protein, carbs and vegetables all in one pan and it is so good even kids will like it.
4 chicken quarters
1 medium Spanish onions
1 (26 oz) jar marinara sauce
2 cup rice
2 cup water
¼ cup vinegar
Ina 9x13 deep pan place the rice, 2 cups of water, zucchini (sliced) and half a jar of marinara sauce and mix.
Place chicken in the pan and pour the rest of the marinara sauce onto the chicken.
Slice an onion and put on top of chicken.
Pour the vinegar on top of the chicken, cover and bake for 4 hours on 350F.
