INGREDIENTS













  • 10 carrots










  • 5 eggs










  • 1 Tbsp potato starch










  • 1 cup sugar










  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar










  • ¼ tsp cinnamon










  • ⅛ tsp salt










  • ¼ cup oil










  1. cook carrots until soft. drain from water and either mash or blend.



  2. combine the rest of the ingredients by hand. Pleace into muffins or into loaf pans.



  3. bake on 350 until toothpick comes out clean.
