INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen cauliflower










  • 1 (16 oz) bag of frozen broccoli










  • 2 tsp salt










  • 4 tsp sugar or splenda










  • ½ tsp onion powder










  • ½ tsp garlic powder










  • ½ tsp paprika










  • 12 Tbsp oil










  1. Place the frozen brocolli and cauliflower on a baking sheet.



  2. Combine the salt, sugar, spices and oil together.



  3. Drizzle over the frozen vegetables.



  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350F.
