INGREDIENTS

8 eggs

8 cup flour

8 tsp baking powder

4 cup sugar

2 cup oil

2 cup warm orange juice

Mix the eggs and the sugar for approximately 5-6 minutes.

Add the oil.

Put the mixer on low and add the remaining ingredients: flour, baking powder & orange juice.

Bake for 20 minutes on 180C (360F degrees).

TERRIFIC RECIPE! COMES OUT HIGH, FIRM INSIDE, AND THE TASTE IS DELICIOUS. INSTEAD OF ORANGE JC, YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE WITH PINEAPPLE JUICE. I ALSO SPRINKLED SOME SHTREISEL ON EACH CUPCAKE (SEE PHOTO). THESE WERE GONE IN NO TIME.
