INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (15 oz) can pineapple tidbits in juice










  • ¼ cup honey










  • 2 Tbsp orange juice










  • 1 tsp orange zest










  • ½ cup water










  • 1 Tbsp potato starch










  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Place the juice in a 2-quart saucepan. Set the pineapple tidbits aside. Add honey, orange juice, and orange zest to the saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.



  2. In a cup, mix the water and potato starch. Add the starch mixture to the saucepan. Cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Stir in the pineapple.



  3. Makes a little less than 2 cups.
