INGREDIENTS













  • 3 lb pickled corn beef










  • 1 cup brown sugar










  • 5 Tbsp ketchup










  • 1 Tbsp mustard










  • 2 Tbsp vinegar










  • 2 Tbsp olive oil










  1. In a pot full with water, cook the meat for two hours and drain.



  2. Mix the remainder ingredients and pour over meat.



  3. Cover and bake for a half hour on 350F.



  4. Cool before slicing.
