Delicious and no fail. Good every time!
3 lb pickled corn beef
1 cup brown sugar
5 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
In a pot full with water, cook the meat for two hours and drain.
Mix the remainder ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover and bake for a half hour on 350F.
Cool before slicing.
