INGREDIENTS













  • 10 chicken drumsticks










  • + salt and pepper










  • 1 garlic clove, minced










  • + oil spray










  • ½ cup cold water










  • ½ cup deli mustard










  • ½ cup honey










  • ½ cup light brown sugar










  1. Arrange chicken drumsticks in a 9x13 pan. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Spray oil over drumsticks, and pour water into the pan.



  2. Bake drumsticks uncovered, in oven preheated to 325 degrees, for 30 minutes.



  3. Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients and mix until uniform.



  4. Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered, at 375 degrees, for 1 more hour.

This is a quick and easy dish. It's different from the standard ketchup based sauces. I would just suggest using slightly less mustard (1/3 cup).
