INGREDIENTS
12 mushrooms
1 pepper
1 carrot
1 onion
2 celery stalks
1 garlic clove
ΒΌ cup margarine
4 eggs
2 cup matzo meal
2 cans of tomato sauce
Grind or chop vegetables and garlic
In a skillet heat margarine and saute the ground vegetables until they are soft
Cool until the mixture is lukewarm
Stir in eggs and enough matzo meal to make the mixture thick enough to roll into balls
Simmer balls in tomato sauce for 25 minutes
